Disc 2 begins with the same 3 new songs, the first in the cover of Veruca Salt song 'Seether', which gave its name to the band and goes with the catchy chorus directly into the ear. The perfect song for a greatest hits and also a good idea! 'Safe To Say I've Had Enough ", the second song of the CD, is a rocking song that reminds a bit of the style of the old days and my personal favorite of Disc 2. The power ballad 'Weak', the only remotely reminiscent of a ballad at the latest in the chorus, I really like. It continues with 'Out Of My Way' (vs. Jason soundtrack from Freddie) and 'Hang On' which some might already know (from the Daredevil soundtrack) of Disclaimer II. The B-Sides of Karma And Effect 'Blister', 'Innocence' and 'Let Me Go' are true masterpieces of the band and are evidence of the broad spectrum that the band has to offer: While blister seems almost melancholic, is' Let Me Go 'a very angry song, in which Shaun partly again cries the soul from the body. 'Innocence', however, has that little something that makes me to rock with my feet and sing along. Furthermore contains the CD 'No Shelter' from NCIS soundtrack, a good rock song, as one is already accustomed him Seether, and 3 new demos. The first demo, 'Burn The Bridges' Seether something completely new've tried, the song almost resembles a bit the Deftones. 'Butterfly With Teeth' and 'Melodious' are both, however, in a quiet, sad songs.
The Greatest Hits from the outside with the French Bulldog, which looks just like Shaun's dog Chubby and really creatively designed from the inside with pretty pictures: On the last page of the booklet Dale has even published photos of his collection 'Toilets from around the World'. Since I could no longer hold back my grin. Who knows, maybe there is also even a German toilet here?
CONCLUSION: Varied Best Of what I would to anyone who is interested in Seether recommend. It's made really lovely and everything important is included. I would buy it again!
