UPDATE: A day later, then came in a second delivery still the neatly packaged tablet. According Beizettel mainboard and battery has been replaced. But the disillusionment was not long in coming. When repairing the tablet has been reinstalled, it would in itself not a problem as I had before shipment tablet anyway reset. However, you now have 8.1 installed a common bare windows, destroying the Recovery partition. That I now have no way to bring the tablet to the factory settings and also for a new installation is missing me a medium.
