I have every battery 5 times loaded, unloaded (charging current 1A to 4.20V with 50mA Termination Power) again and with 2.0A to 2.7V cell voltage. The discharge capacity was measured. They stood at the 4 batteries between 2,15Ah and 2,27Ah. As far as this corresponds to the details of the seller, but of course not the imprint (6000mAh).
Just as little is wrong with the imprint the words' Protected against short circuit, overcharging and deep discharge ". The batteries are completely unprotected. The seller not claimed to be protected, but nevertheless it incorrectly to the battery. So do not get confused.
Striking was the unprotected cells rather high internal resistance (mOhm 75-80), and the charging behavior with very prolonged CV-phase and only slowly returning charging current, how else sees only in aged cells.
Since I had 2 batteries get quasi paid, I could deliver them to positive and negative terminals with no regrets of their shell and the covering caps.
What underneath appeared, was so interesting that I have the other two also stripped:
This is Sony cells of the basic type US18650GR in 3 different versions.
All cells showed dents on its surface. So do not look new cells.
Also showed all cells remains of 4 per weld points to positive and negative poles. These were not the spot welds of the caps, which I had removed. You see, however, made the same way as the welding spots of cells in the battery pack connectors.
My guess: you have broken Used Laptop Battery Packs here, the cells released from the spot welded conductor strips, a cap on positive and negative poles are welded to cover the old welds, then slips on a heat shrink tubing with a false imprint, and the whole thing finally again to unsuspecting Consumer sold.
Counter battery recycling is nothing wrong. Most buyers are happy with it, as you can see the 5-star reviews - which may be because they knew previously only really bad fakes.
But I personally do not want banged used cells of unknown age and history.
For 5 each you get that is also excellent brand new brand cells with real 2600mAh.
Let each judge for yourself from the photos whether as "absolute top quality" looks.
Addendum: I had uploaded to review 6 photos of undressed cells that are now but nowhere visible. Yes where are they? Re-upload does not seem to go, there is no Schaltfäche it.
Supplement 07:03 .: After the seller now threatens lawyer, I have the speculative portion marked in the text as such. That these are not new cells, is perfectly clear. Can where they come from anybody's guess.
