This Mignon (AA LR6) alkaline batteries (expiry date 08/2017) are really not worth it.
In a stronger electricity consumers went after a few minutes, "the juice"
as here already widely reported.
Then I have a capacitance measurement with a discharge current of 450mA
made to a very fresh battery.
This corresponds to approximately the weight of a heavy load, such as camera with flash, a
powerful flashlight or a toy car.
The result explains why this Mignon so have a short duration:
Capacity to complete discharge (0.9V) is 1300 mAh (a rather poor value).
But the capacity to discharge to 1.2 V (an important value for strong consumer Storm
such as cameras with flash light, etc.) is as low as 125 mAh!
This is an extremely poor value.
The AmazonBasics AA alkaline batteries have a very high internal resistance,
which makes efficient use in high power guzzlers impossible.
The very low discharge voltage is still below that of a conventional NiMH batteries!
The already mentioned here, half as expensive, "ALDI batteries" (TOP CRAFT) create under heavy load
easily more than double for half the price, some (expensive) brand batteries have even more than
three times the run time.
Even with small consumers who can get along even with low voltages, the "Basic" is not recommended.
For half the price (!) You get a lot more capacity and run time with other batteries.
Conclusion:
=======
Even if you can not operate with batteries or his device, do not want should resort to these batteries!
The AmazonBasics AA Mignon LR6 battery has a below-average capacity,
the internal resistance (and thus voltage drop under load) is very high.
Even at half the price you get at discounters still significantly better batteries.
AMAZON proves a disservice to print his good name on such a bad product.
A point's alone for, as usual, lightning fast delivery and the smooth running on Amazon.
