As indicated on the packaging, I took one capsule with or after a meal.
Morning around 9 am after taking a capsule everything was okay first.
Was a bit psyched and wide awake. To 14.30 after lunch, I took the 2nd capsule to me.
An hour later I was completely scratched again and had a slight urge to move. Sometime during the day, I get a headache and slight dizziness. My body was trembling slightly, as if I had no more strength to keep me. Support several times somewhere had to, because I had the feeling I cant any moment to. In the evenings I took no capsule to me because I did not want to deal with sleep apart. My body was just chilling out and I had to do with utter turmoil. My heart was beating faster than usual on, had to deal with nausea. (* Poor air) I also still get the next day, it was really bad. Had again nausea and headache. Remember how my circuit is completely down.
I recommend the capsules anybody! Clear each body reacts differently but the fact of my own experience I can say, Let it alone! Meanwhile I read anything good about those things. There are plenty of forums where people have (and I) made their experiences with it, and (almost) had the same side effects / signs.
