First, I wanted to read something written by a French, and as I liked "Purple Moon", I told myself that the experience was to revive. It is certain that many things have to think about Twilight but I loved my story style, I liked it, because it is not a Twilight Bis. The writing is much more sustained and well described emotions. I felt the intensity reading at the point of think only read on. Heroin logical reasoning, supposedly, mature allowing us to clearly identify us, and the charming "prince" is cute and annoying, especially when he did not kiss! All the characters are very endearing, including their families, even the secondary characters and embarks completely in history. For me, in terms of style, this is a very pleasant reading escape. I recommend it, it really is like watching a movie. The negatives for me: I just found regrettable mistakes like "take courage tomorrow!" and repeating "definitely" instead of "absolutely" which made me think to Québec translations .... Another negative point in my opinion, more than a hundred pages to wait for them to embrace so they declared themselves to each other. This manner of household sentimental suspense seems boring because very realistic to me! 2 young people 18 and 20 years who are drawn with such force one by the other, and who spend their days together and nothing happens? It is extremely naive to wonder whether the authors were young one day? Okay for the soft side seen that this kind of reading also affects teenager (s) but still, to whom do we kidding? adults also love this kind of reading, and without falling into the "50 shades" there is a time when it gets really unrealistic. For me, this is the only negative point of this novel, but that does not stop me to order Volume 2 which I hope will be just as captivating. I recommend it without hesitation.
