I 86120-47330 of my Toyota Prius in 2010 by an Alpine UTE-72BT (see my review) replaced with this adapter, the car radio. This adapter conversion plug & play was.
This adapter required, if one wants to maintain the steering wheel controls (LRF). Without LRF you get connecting adapter quite favorable.
Overall, you need this adapter plus a separate adapter for the antenna (just for antenna adapter ISO-DIN Prius looking).
I regret the Toyota Radio not to have exchanged earlier ...
