Cartridges were probably already used

The filter cartridges supplied were not in the original packaging, but were eingeschwießt in cling film. In the film wet tracks were visible what the Verdacxht suggested that the cartridges were already in use. After complaining replacement was delivered: the same problem! The delivery has been sent back and demanded a refund. Remittance, however, take 4-5 weeks!
