catastrophic installation, but pure fun!

It was actually a good idea of ​​EA to offer all on one DVD. However, the installation is (as some have described me) extremely cumbersome and lengthy. It starts at the very beginning: It takes 2-3 minutes to ever anything appears. First, then, the main game is installed, then Special Forces, where he noted that an error has occurred. After another 5 minutes of waiting comes the patch. Subsequently, the two booster packs, then the patch (?!). Then once is resting. After another 5 minutes, then he realizes that when installing something went wrong and finish the setup. Next, I tried to manually start the setup of SF, which was not possible because even after 10 minutes of waiting time (!) Has done nothing. So: computer restarts. Then start the setup of SF manually, which he wanted to install patch 1.1 again in front (?). Ok, was probably unavoidable, so again installed patch 1.1, then SF, then rest. Restarted PC and Patch 1:41 installed. Next would then activate the booster packs, which has actually not that difficult sounded. Forget it well! As demand from you an account and soldiers name. Well, that started the main game created account, but where was the soldiers name? After I nachrecherchiert the internet, I knew that the Account Name = name the soldier was. So, again entered to the registration page and everything. Confirmed. The answer came promptly: the code was invalid. (Until then, about 2 hours had passed!) I was about the thing to pop into a corner 'I clicked a little through my profile and discover suddenly that the booster packs are already registered (for any reason whatsoever .. .) After nearly 3 hours, the installation then ended and I was able to turn to the true sense: the game ansich.

Where we were also the gameplay. Fun: top! Maps / weapons / vehicles: top! half a star I draw from that SF is a more or less stand-alone game and you have to finish the main game to start SF. Another half a star I pull from (where the game's fault) that it is extremely difficult for "newcomers" to keep up with the extremely high level in multiplayer mode.

Conclusion: I would rather only the main game (Battlefield 2) buy me individually because the extensions despite some great new features are not essential. Aside from installing but I would bring my game again and again because it is really designed manifold.

Edit: I have written my review too early. What I have to say is that despite the registry Euro Forces and Armored Fury Do not Run! I can also register not undo to verusuchen a reinstallation.

Conclusion (new): I definitely would not buy me the game again. Excuse EA, but since have dovetailed their real crap.
