I bought this diet and unfortunately a rail was broken. So I lost two hard drives and SSD. In terms of product return, Amazon made no problem. The repayment was even very fast. By cons regarding compensation of 3 discs still waiting .... Yet I have written an email to Amazon and in the return colissimo I explained the problem. It was the first time I bought a power of this brand for some savings! I can unfortunately only discourage you. What about the records destroyed and I do not even speak data lost ... There are no plans at this level. I even offered to ship their 3 discs. No answer. The product is therefore repaid all goes well for them .... It seems to me that a commercial gesture either Amazon or Lepa would have been welcome. A tip, go your way and opt for a brand of food. Good thinking.
