Catch Dunwall again

See video on Amazon.com Dishonored: Dunwall The Archive is a good complement to the game Dishonored. It enriches the story through excerpts collected from characters of Dunwall and other sources.

This is a hardcover book, a size of between A4 and A5. The 212 pages are filled with a mix of text and illustrations.

Among the extracts contained in the book you can find the lyrics of songs sung by sailors, the dialogue of a play, observations found in a travel book, discoveries supervisors, etc. All this provides information elements that enrich the universe of the game. You will be able to learn about some characters, such as government officials or the Empress, as well as certain events, such as fever, the whaling or even operating a meat saw. Basically, you get a different perspective on the history of the game through extracts from various sources.

The illustrations are beautiful. Unfortunately, there is no artbook designed specifically for the game, it will therefore be satisfied with the selection of illustrations included in the book, which consists mainly of "concept art" in color.

This is an interesting book, both for his illustrations and his information on Dunwall universe, created by Arkane Studios and Bethesda Softworks. Recommended for fans of the game Dishonored.
