And The Golden Choir is not an English band but the German Tobias Siebert, who is a musician, singer and producer in one person at a time. And what of presents to us here, has become a surprisingly good debut album. Since it chirps to every nook and corner, the piano strumming, singing the chorus, this all sounds great and orchestral and yet pop music in its purest form, all alone recorded and received by Siebert !! All Attention!
The music sounds even after TalkTalk, sometimes by Antony Hegarty, sometimes to Get Well Soon, even after Blaudzun etc., but always by myself, here is not copied here is reveled and the listener enjoys this music to the fullest. This is artfully that is elegiac, that's romantic, that's for me a single ear candy.
He needed for this small masterpiece and spoiled us with fantastic five years songs on this album, like The transformation, My Brothers Home, Its Not My Life, Dead End Street, New Daily Dose, Choose To Loose, Angelina.
But it's the album as a whole, that draws you into the spell, from the first to the last minute. Just wonderful!
