after a lot of positive comments on the series and especially for that book, I was finally decided me to buy it. I admit to not be disappointed! it is fairly complete, with lots of little tips very smart and very easy to remember, humor, and above all the desire to fight against this insidious enemy who ridicules me in a swimsuit! to read, reread and rerelire, if only by its ease of access in its understanding, and above all its low price!
