I've never had so far (at least five to six calls) an unfriendly customer service on the phone. All have given a competent impression and very important, everyone was incredibly helpful.
Treaty changes are handled without problems by telephone and obtained in a very short time a new insurance certificate via email. Everything great!
Now to my case of damage:
My new BlackBerry Q10 fell off me and the ear speaker was broken (only scratchy sound when making calls). When insurance phoned reported case of damage, shipping list at Ups online printed (was easy), packed smartphone and online agreed with ups a collection date. The smartphone was then sent free of charge by UPS to a partner repair service of Ergo.
After 1 week my Blackberry Q10 returned fully repaired. The damage was completely repaired. No (additional) costs, no annoying demands, no further paperwork.
I can recommend from my current experience to anyone this insurance! Hats off, something I call a great service.
I have again completed a device protection insurance for my new smartphone.
