Update from 23/05/2013:
My cell phone is my unfortunately fell again in May 2013 on the ground and Originated damage inform an LCD breakage and outer casing. The warranty as I went on to consider was valid for 2 weeks (end after 2 years). After calling the hotline of damage Ergo (after 3 seconds was a very friendly fellow at Apperat), I received instructions and an e-mail with a label for UPS, to pick up the unit. The date for the pick I could define itself. Although the phone only arrived on Tuesday bezglich holidays in Support Team, arrived today my mobile top repaired using Software Update me on. So the repair and return within 2 business days. This is really a great service, that's why I think it's important to describe this one as an update again for all. Buyer of my next new phones I will this cover to buy repays again.
