Day X
After I had run aground with my sport boat, I jumped into the water spontaneously. I'd plug the phone I noticed only afterwards. :) (I never had the insurance in mind ....) called So the next day and were equally served by a nice ladies and have identified a pick-up date for the phone to be repaired. The phone was picked up as agreed and sent for repair. Having established that the device is no longer to save me a crossed check of 90% of KP was promptly sent.
TOP and highly recommended. Bought it for my new phone immediately.
