I have previously used a "Garlic Card" and a normal stainless steel kitchen grater for ginger, garlic and Co. and me either accidentally broken fingers with grated or my fingers due to the small friction surface (Garlic Card).
The ceramic grater is my new large kitchen love!
+ Large area for grating
+ Rubber coating on the bottom: nothing slips, the grater is securely and firmly on the work surface
+ It rubs incredibly easy and fast (in a circular motion are even fibrous ginger and small cloves of garlic not a problem for this grater)
+ Easy to clean - simply rinse under running water and ready!
+ Ceramic spikes are sharp - not as sharp as a knife, but absolutely good care of your fingers! I For several weeks now regularly use the grater for ginger, garlic and apples. Wear is to be expected because of the ceramic.
I have absolutely no criticism and this friction would fully recommend! An investment for the next year!
