I had promised due to the many positive reviews me a lot of the pan. Unfortunately, I was sorely disappointed. There is no real Kermaikbeschichtung (because that would be scratch-resistant). Much worse, the already had small scratches on the coating when cleaning. Rarely seen such a scrap, even Teflon coatings hold out longer. Absolutely not recommended, never again.
