Cheap Arca upgrade for older heads

This quick-change unit works unfortunately somewhat different than in the units at the Sirui heads preinstalled. Namely, the safety button must be pressed down at the MP-20 each time to introduce a disk side. When K-20x and also at the L-10 pressing the (spring-loaded here) Backup automatically spins the plate down, that does not work but the MP-20 and its not resilient pin inexplicably.

If you want to upgrade an older head with this quick-change unit, should look at the axis of the head exactly. The MP-20 is namely with a 3/8 "female thread, and that fits with heads that have an internal thread itself, only limited. For mounting on a Cullmann Magnesite 40200 example then you have to drill out the thread of the MP-20 and a reduction Attach.
