Good price, poor performance.
The device looks quite OK, but unfortunately the result of the cigarettes is very bad.
It always falls down when smoking cigarettes pieces.
Description in German is unfortunately not available.
The dealer (NICK AND BEN GERMANY) but was very accommodating and responded quickly.
After my complaint via e-mail I got a response very quickly.
Once the dealer has received the device, I the purchase price was transferred very quickly to my account (without postage).
