After I had lying around one or the other old hard drive, I was looking for a cheap solution to remain as flexible as possible. I noticed is the Seagate solution, because I myself had already flirted with an external variant and asked me how they could break down the SET. Since the descriptions on the Internet repeatedly mentioned the most vulnerable plastic noses, I have decided to go to an internal SATA HDD from Seagate. When I found this solution, I had this pretty in the stuff and I ordered as a part - the price was great. I was not disappointed at all. The controller is clean recognized even with SATA disks from another manufacturer. So I have an external HDD and may at any time and easily swap. Any time.
