- I suspect that the orientation of the sensor capsule plays a role. Since the instructions are spartan has never opened up to me.

- I have not used it during the day as a pedometer because I like knowing imagining how much I move. Who needs for such a device, which probably lacks the healthy self-perception.
Finally:
The only value I would see as a light sleep phase alarm clock, compared to other products with this function, the tape is unbeatable. However, I feel it on the wrist as disturbing and in the function to be unreliable.
Suggestion:
I would like the band at night worn on ankles .... but only if the alarm would work reliably.
Overall, this type Tracker / Fitness bands in my eyes are a completely nonsensical hype. That I fell for it I still do not understand ...
