At first I had used the wrong way round, since the feet are easily slipped out of the cushion. The cutouts in the pad have a closer side of the ankles and a wider one for the calves. Used right side up, the legs are now much more stable.
The swing of the body depends largely on how total is (soft surface, position of the Twister plate under the butt, the body straight orientation to the device, location of arms on or near the body) and how relaxed or tense the body is. A bit of trying out helps the effect to be optimized.
A deduction of points there but because at low frequency, the device sometimes ächtzt something and jerky, and because the pad could be cut a little deeper.
