We use a French press (Bodum), and the pressing down everything works perfectly. I'll be honest even tap water (which is located in Berlin, where the water is quite hard), yet this coffee tastes quite excellent!
Small supplement a few weeks later: The coffee is soooo good, but unfortunately also soooo expensive. ;-) Why I have to compare the cheaper GEPA Bio Guatemala PUR tasted whose label also a hint of cocoa promises what it personally just comes to me. Unfortunately, the other coffee's just not as good as this one, even though he is from the same manufacturer. My recommendation therefore is quite there, rather spend a little more money to get it with this coffee here a really, really good. :)
