I was overcome by the afternoon coffee pleasure, I have used only soluble espresso and then a press die jug for the coffee. The coffee, brewed with the plunger pot, was also ok, unfortunately this has a very clear drawback: as you get without "scratching device" the coffee puck out of the glass container, without getting a flood in compost bags or rinse even the whole coffee grounds down the drain ?
Also was known to me that the glass insert (I have a Bialetti-pot) is not available separately, so getting a little lottery played with the cleaning .....
Finally overcame me the test pleasure and I have the Aerobie + a permanent filter risen (for this I can not say anything because he has arrived until today).
The Aerobie I use with the inverted Brühmethode. The coffee is in the related paper filters pleasant taste, less strong than that of the ram pot but still full-bodied. I'm curious to see how is the permanent filter.
The greatest shortcoming of the press can for me is now over: the coffee puck can be easily pushed out of the Aero Press and disposed of in the trash. Super that!
I am curious to see if and how long the rubber seal by holding in continuous operation. Otherwise, it indicates the Aerobie nothing to complain about. The coffee tastes very good, the device is easy to clean and the preparation is easy.
Why I give only 4 stars? I could have given also 5, but actually is the stamp not very reassuring to the sometimes shaky rubber seal ... it will show in continuous operation if the seal holds, what it promises ....
