I am very pleased with the Moulinette. Primarily I bought them to make raw food salads. The best is of course the grated vegetables by hand, but with the Moulinette it just goes fast. Only the apples for a Mörensalat I Raffel by hand that are otherwise to Mus. But fruits, such as bananas and Pfisiche for a Quark or a fruit sauce can cook well. Ice cubes can be processed almost to snow. Even Parmesan can rub well. Pesto also succeeds in the good piece, you do not need longer than the pasta to cook. The trick to all: do not press long, but only briefly, then the clippings fall back into the center and also takes his turn. Clean it can also be very good, the container can even in the dishwasher, I would not do with the knife alerdings which are indeed there are known to blunt. Only the container could be a bit bigger, but I do not know if even such a uniform reduction would then be possible.
