These three CDs provide a good overview of Elton John's work across his entire career is, the balanced song selection should be emphasized. Of course, missing a lot of songs (eg I miss personally painfully Funeral For A Friend / Love Lies Bleeding), and this one would have to omit some other song quietly (for example, I think "Iceland Girl" is not really for the screamer ...) - But because you can not always please everyone, one must, objectively speaking, to admit that the choice is all but aptly succeeded. However, I recommend buying this CD fewer die-hard fans that anyway likely to have all the songs, but rather those who, besides the album "Candle in the Wind" and perhaps the "Köng Lion" soundtrack nothing of Elton John in domestic have standing at shelf, after all, a lot of songs already included on the double CD "The Very Best Of Elton John", this CD is as it were an extension of the last Best of represents. Since the cross section is yet really succeeded (both in old and new songs as well as the mix between rockier songs and quieter ballads terms, indeed loved for Elton John and appreciated), I recommend buying this CD all those fully who want to create a comprehensive overview of the work of Sir Elton! (PS: To all those who rather like the "cuddly" Elton, I recommend instead the "Love Songs" from 1995!)
