I can only agree with the previous speakers! The pan is just great! On the way there test.de good pans tips and branding the pan actually succeed the first time around. According to the instructions of Turk for first use I losgekocht with plenty of detergent and water corrosion protection until the pan was inside silvery. Then, to give no good for baking potatoes I have the potato skins with a tablespoon of salt and ordetlich seared fat until they were burned almost black. The smokes a lot and is best to do outdoors. The burnt stuff was almost entirely just be dumped, because hardly anything was being baked and as expected the pan floor was discolored beautiful dark. Then fix washed with fresh water, dried and lubricated. The second round then the raw, salted potato slices with a normal amount of oil clean, tidy heated, turning every now and then and after 10 minutes on a low flame fully roasted. Result was just great, without frying! So from me a strong buy recommendation.
