From the machine I'm thrilled, and after I was already half a year to test extensively.
Benefits:
- The milk foam unit
In this price range there is no machine with milk foam unit and if you follow the care instructions the machine makes a really great milk froth. The cleaning could not be easier to let go through the cold water. When you will follow this have no problems with the preparation of milk froth. From time to time a complete cleaning but that's now time also! The milk froth is always hot enough!
Especially compared to other machines like the Dolce Gusto I find a foamed from real milk cappuccino much better and more cost-effective it is of course too!
- The powder cartridge
The supplied powder cartridge can I find a class addition. This one is not dependent on something more expensive pads.
Although I must say that I personally have a freshly brewed coffee pad much better taste and I therefore the cartridge not hardly use to!
- The Coffee
The coffee always comes hot from the Petra and has, depending on the variety of coffee a great taste! Due to the small screen in the brewing unit and the coffee was already a little froth! Delicious !!!
- Espresso
I can not really agree with the view of some speakers, because the espresso is delicious from Petra. For this I would, however, really always take two pads and not the powder cartridge, otherwise he really is a bit thin.
In addition, it is of course important to choose a good espresso but the result is really very delicious !!!
- Hot-water nozzle
As a small addition, I find the hot-water nozzle is not bad, is very suitable for brewing tea. By the chlorine filter located in the water tank of the Petra tea really tastes better!
- Chlorine filter in the water tank
The chlorine filter, located in water tank filters out debris from the water! All I can say is that I've had any coffee without the filter, but I think that the filter really proved. As mentioned above the coffee really tastes namely class!
- Cleaning
The cleaning of Petra is very simple if you follow a few rules.
I leave every night or early in the morning when I go to work, so always when I Milchaufschäumeinheit several hours not just use cold water from the Petra traverse. Thus, never are milk residues over a long period in the Petra and the milk froth succeeds very well again.

The price for a machine that even has a milk frother is unbeatable !!!
Disadvantages:

- Height
Unfortunately, you can only make glasses up to a height of 11 cm under the Petra. Most data latte macchiato glasses, however, are slightly larger.
So dear manufacturers of Petra, please remember the next model Petra to make slightly higher ;-)
