Scala is a 70-headed girls choir from Belgium, which will be conducted by the Kolacny Brothers. Solely a piano accompanied the wonderful voices of young Belgians. Scala is the point, to combine playing recklessly classical choral music with rock and pop songs of recent years in the truest sense of the word, and thus sets a whole new trend. Whether Radiohead's melancholy "Creep" or Nirvana's grunge classic "Smells Like Teen Spririt" Scala wins every time the feelings which play again the songs broadcast in the original with a breathtaking intensity. I, as a vast Muse fan, am particularly excited about Scala's rendition of "Muscle Museum": The many crescendos, the frantic piano between chorus and verses and especially the sugar-sweet melancholy in the voices of the girls makes the heart of the listener beat faster , Two of the 13 songs on "On The Rocks", however, were not sung by the girls' choir, but by guest singer January Stevens, the next "Life On Mars" by David Bowie has an amazing vocal performance at Terence Trent D'Arby song "Let Her Down Easy "has shown since the creeps is almost guaranteed! Great about this album is that you get to know pieces of bands or solo artists, of which you have never heard of before. I can think of that is not imagine that anyone Eskobar ("Someone New"), Terence Trent D'Arby ("Let Her Down Easy") or Muse ("Muscle Museum") knows.
