If interested, please read my review in detail:
---- Materials and workmanship ----
The Einhell consists firstly of red-painted metal (Mähkorpus) and made good, sturdy plastic (motor protection). At the processing and materials, there is nothing to complain about. Only the handle of the grass box could have been better designed. It can be very easy-click it, but just as quickly clicks back out.
The grassbox (70 liters) can, however, install it quickly and holds well on mowers, as well as the mulching function. For this you just have to plug the "mulching shield" in the rear ejection. With me he was pre-installed. The mulching plate has to be replaced quickly with slight effort.
The Einhell already has an enormous weight (about 47 kg), but he also appears very valuable and durable. The wheels are smooth rolling, and have, so that they can easily roll a good diameter by slightly taller grass and over bumps.
The launch control is working properly and is powered by a rechargeable battery. A charging cable is included. For me, the battery was already summoned.
The knife is really sharp and provides a great interface,
---- Operation ----
Before you can use the mower, the guide bar must be installed first. This takes about 5 minutes. All screws are included.
Very important: Fill a the correct engine oil. Then another petrol goes into the tank (unleaded or E10) and go. Also contrary to other opinions I mow my lawn raspelkurz. The cutting height (6-fold) can be adjusted easily with one hand. I'm a big fan of mulching. Man has no grass clippings plus free fertilizer.
The Einhell rasps the grass is very small when mulching, so that you do not notice the re-ejected grass clippings. The wheel drive is great. The mower mows in a pleasant speed. To disable the automatic simply makes the lower handle going. The mower will then stop immediately. Important for roots or other obstructions that could damage the knife.
---- ---- Mowing
The interface is very clean and evenly. Despite the heavy weight pressing the wheels not very in the lawn so that lanes have disappeared quickly.
As I said the Einhell is not very agile. With curvy Edging I have my problems and needs reworking with the trimmer. The agility is increased tremendously in switched-wheel drive. This, however, is in some places impossible and it is exhausting for me.
But with the area of 1200 square meters I need a large mower, precisely because of the time savings. Since I take the small effort gladly accept.
---- pro and con ----
+ Very good workmanship
+ Convincing materials (metal and sturdy plastic)
+ Switchable Wheel
+ Automatic choke
+ Mulching
+ Side ejection (by small remodeling)
+ Large pot (70L volume)
+ Large wheels
+ Adjust cutting height with one hand
+ Sharp knife
- Not very agile without Wheel
- Heavy weight
Conclusion ---- ----
The mower has a large a high weight and is thereby directing something worse should be obvious. Against the weight and poor maneuverability but helps the wheel drive. So then there remains a high-quality and good lawnmower, mowing a large grassy area in a short time clean or mulches!
