Amazon advertises that free washers supplied, installed, connected, and the old ones are taken for a fee.

A call to amazon then explained to me that this would not offer the marketplace sellers. They would forward my complaint to the seller, however. I always got an email as CC. The service from Amazon was really good in this case. The seller, who had a Berlin phone number specified under which he was unreachable began a email traffic and we agreed on a discount for the inconvenience. Note: Amazon Amazon is not the same !!!

The BEKO WMB 71643 PTE has its own cleaning program that should run once immediately after the connection. It did not smell like rubber, as also reported occasionally. The rubber was not leaking, which was also given repeatedly.

Not all reviews should be taken seriously! This BEKO WMB 71643 PTE should be grouped by rubber-smelling, leaky plastic scrap. The opposite is true for me. BEKO, this machine here for less than 400 euros and can compete very well with high-priced equipment: energy efficiency, spin speed, water consumption, capacity, additional features I would judge as very good! At the longer wash times I had to get used to but only.
Last warning to Buy from Amazon: is looking for, whether you're the BEKO WMB 71643 PTE ordered directly from Amazon or over marketplace!
