The book (in French) is a well-structured introduction to the theoretical foundations of Biodanza. Exercises or practical hints are completely missing. Since Biodanza but is more than a superficial gym or entertainment, it is worthwhile to deal with the backgrounds. The basic concepts and Vivencia Encuentro are indeed very difficult and not to convey profound with a brief introduction, but an introduction, the book after all. The sine qua non of reading is the experience of the actual course of a Biodanzaveranstaltung through active participation, perhaps supplemented by films on YouTube or Dailymotion.
