The cut is a little rough, but that was only to be expected at the level of hardness. Who wants to have a finer cut, may resort to a sharpening rod with a lesser degree of hardness. It allows me to live well and in the kitchen area that plays for me does not matter is important to me a sharp knife - and that's with this Wetzstab no problem. The delivery took place by the way super fast!
