Coffee good, bad cover

However, the Great stigma is the cover:
This can not be easily opened. For normal to solid press the Open button nothing happens. Pressing the button with "feeling" this is also at some point. However, even then, not always, perhaps in 1 of 8 cases.
I am, however, have no desire to play poker, if I get my coffee on it or not, I have sent them back.

Note: I thought the first time there was a defect in the machine and have brought to me a new, but here is exactly the same problem. Accordingly, it is a principal manufacturing problem. My guess is that, simply, the spring, which should push up the lid too weak and this does not open with enough force. Thus, the friction of the seal of the cover prevents easy to go.

Have them sent back, shame really.
