The cause came for me lay after studying available in the network design drawings actually only the ejection mechanism of the brewing unit in question. Once this cost is significantly lower than the customer service (machine is of course a few months over the warranty period ...) I ventured this shot in the dark. And - it worked! The coffee grounds end up as a compact pellet back where he should land. Whether this was now a lucky coincidence for me I do not like to judge, but at least you do not burn a lot of money if you follow my example.
