Collapses of the image at a constant interval

Company Memory King has gone to great lengths to solve my problem with the device. The subsequently sent free delivered power supply, what you certainly do not need all the switched devices, also did not help.
My Technisat S2 satellite receiver TechniStar I could not leave turned on the only device because the above named error brutally disturbed the viewing experience. In output of the switches I have a Samsung SyncMaster S27B350 HD screen turned on.

Once I also think at the 2nd entrance to AverMedia switched Media Player, the error was gone.
