I had - as well everyone else - quarreled with the battery of my Canon Legria and have (as probably 90% of customers) shied away from the expensive replacement battery and have resorted to no-name products. Was also wonderful, you have to confirm before filming just that you want to use the battery, even if it does not correspond to the camera). Shop no problem runtime super, but somehow bugged this confirmation procedure sometime but I still struggled through me after the price reduction by Amazon to buy the original battery. I have not looked back. If I want to record a long scene at a time, or just selected motifs do it the no-name products all. But for snapshot shooting, for example while skiing or when children are in the game easily worth the slightly higher investment.
