We bought 6 of these LED bulbs for our living room lamp. Three were warm white, cool white and a two somehow in between.

The support request at Philips ended up that we got after 4 weeks the lights back and us "new" were sent with the same problems. Friends and acquaintances find it exactly as horrible as we. On our request the new support was no longer answered

We will now replace these lamps completely.

From purchasing this Philips LED lights I can only advise.
