Coming soon: sound characteristics are underground

First of all: The headset EHS64AVFWE was the provider "lets-sell!" delivered.
Based on the positive reviews I decided for this headset from Samsung, which has proved to the first time as a big bad buy.
The reasons for this are:
1) The processing is bad. The keypad is very rickety and the buttons do not all a pressure point.
2) The most important criterion, so the sound is to describe only as a flat, quiet and absolutely unbalanced. Low frequencies (bass) are not practically transmitted not when the headset is pressed painfully deep into his ears.
3) A screening of the outside noise is almost not held.

Conclusion: In these unacceptable deficiencies I imagine seriously the question of whether it is original commodity.
