Purchased in August 2007 with an attractive offer (60 reimbursed), I'm still waiting for news of Palm delegating the business relationship with a Swiss company to avoid direct contact with customers. Meanwhile, this device does not malfunction but only the main functions are really effective: calendar, notes, tasks. These functions are available on less expensive devices.
