I know the brand Severin for years, I am in my 4th electric barbecue at home (I abandoned the old outdoor BBQ since then ... make winter grilling is not bad ^^). I find that this model is very compact but with such a large cooking surface than my previous BBQ (which were more annoying to store and clean). The heating power is also improved (must be monitored because the cooking is faster than my old BBQ) and do not hesitate to turn down the thermostat or elevate food through slots provided for this purpose for the grid. (Yes they do exist ....!) So rather than using stoves or the grill I go out to all the occasions when I have especially grilling meats but also kebabs, vegetables ... (it heats up fast enough). The only negative thing is that Severin did not bother to correct the edges a little aggressive finger when transporting it and did not put as protection on older models at the grip at each end. Clearly I am very satisfied with my purchase ...
