Very satisfied with the 1.5T model that it is not recognized by a recent Apple desktop (model?) But works easily with different iPad models with a purchased in the USA and the other in Japan, I acquired the 2T model . Used PC HP pavilion dv7 (4th year of existence) permanently connected to backup system files and mobile use, readily acknowledged, USB port transfer speed 2 (not USB port only 3 2+) compared to DDE "My Book 500giga" and 1T previously used, as well as reading. Relatively short cable (40cm), which does not bother me, because next to the PC on the same worktop. By cons do not forget to connect as dedicated .... do not accept universal cable. Very discreet blue LED, automatic standby. No mains connection with transformer as "My Book", no power on / arrêt.Voir if problems arise in the long term. Nothing good report quality / price.
