The great advantage of this tripod is the bombproof clamping with big ball, the very low center of gravity and the large "footprint" of the widely splayed legs. This allows you to use even for SLR cameras with this ultra-compact tripod. My camera weighs well over 1 kg, even with inclined camera no danger of tipping. I have the tripod constantly pushing in my camera bag and use it mainly for spontaneous self-portraits on vacation and for long exposures at night. Is not as low naturally set up the camera field of view. If you do not have at least waist-high edition, one can hardly look through the viewfinder. For normal compact cameras or SLR cameras with Live View, the show the field of view on the camera screen, it is however quite flexible.
Overall, a very high-quality processed mini tripod for every pocket. Above all, it is the only one of its size, to which I put my expensive DSLR camera - but without any concerns.
