Once the adapter is connected to the wall outlet, a blue LED between the two USB slots lights up to indicate readiness for operation. The blue glow I find not intrusive, especially since it also accounts for a certain something in the overall design. Well matched with the blue bezel.
Recharging works very well in conjunction with my battery pack Ravpower 3.Gen Deluxe 13000 mAh, the modem Huawei E5372, the mobile phone Samsung S4 mini and also via appropriate cable adapter with older devices such as the Sony Ericsson K510i and Nokia C2-01.
Generally, the loading is carried out according to my experience with the devices under test roughly the same as with the original chargers, but if it exists, has the decisive advantage that only 1 charger and cable for all devices to be charged must be taken on the go.
With the two existing USB ports even 2 devices can be charged simultaneously without any problems at the full speed.
However, when connecting my Medion GoPal navigation device I have found that the screen freezes for a few seconds of operation during the charging process again and again. The Navi must then be restarted after charging, so that it is properly usable.
Overall, for me especially for the trip, so a recommended adapter for charging of all devices that are designed for a voltage of 5 V (DC) and charging currents of up to 2.4 A.
