Supplement 14:10:12
The details for comparison:
Identical landscape photos at f5.6, 1/100 and 1/100 F8, ISO 200
- The noise disappears when the two cameras (RX100 and P7100) until "luminance = 30" in Lightroom
- The Raws of the RX100 are slightly less sharp than that of the P7100
- After scaling down to fit the screen and re-sharpening the images of the RX100 are sharper
(I have uploaded a 100% cut from Raw to view on Amazon)
Supplement 26.12.12
The little beast has but slowly crept into my heart :-)
The reason: Somehow you have two lenses: a so-lala telephoto zoom and a super wide-angle: are the 28mm end of the photos in amazing clarity, even at maximum aperture. And at the maximum aperture of 1.8 can be photographed with ISO 200 even with dimly lit yet. And as Goodie's even on top of it a close distance of 5 cm.
One must only the lens does not extend, but must use the "sneaker" zoom, then there's also good photos.
