Comparison between Beyer Dynamics DT 990 Pro and Sennheiser HD 595: After I looked around online long I ordered the Beyerdynamics DT990 Pro and the Sennheiser HD595. Both models are excellent: Ergonomics: Both are more comfortable to wear so as some other products that I had tried on in specialist shops. The HD595 is built less solid, but wears more comfortable because of the lower weight, and comes with an elegant leather tray. The DT990 Pro is processed excellent, but unfortunately you can feel the weight of the heavy curls va cable while wearing. Overall, the HD595 is clearly more comfortable on your head, but 'expensive' in his hand. Sound: After many reviews I had expected that the more expensive Beyerdynamics is better here. To my surprise, the HD595 convinced clearly better: on every pitch you can hear every detail out what VA pays for complex pieces with multiple instruments: each instrument can be traced clear that separation is excellent, the sound is genuine and as if stands in the concert. This applies to classical as well as pop. The Beyerdynamics similar good in his presence, but actually has a serious bass, which leads unfortunately, be that in powerful bass sounds especially affects the middle sounds and 'swallowed'. Conclusion: the HD 595 is the headset of my choice - more comfortable to wear and incredibly all frequencies in the sound. The Beyerdynmics 990 Pro is better processed, and allows for as many competitors as sounded behind him. In direct comparison, however, convinced the HD595 more. Ultimately, it should be noted: the Koss Porta Pro - an open, much cheaper headphones - is sound only slightly behind those top models (only if you listen very well), but is more comfortable to wear. Ultimately, the my favorite - also compatible with iPod mini, and ideal for console games, and late-night television, and holds himself with listening to music even more excellent.
