Hey,
It Seems, that 'you are getting Note On 64 INSTEAD of 64 Midi control change events.
A quick research in the internet Showed, that 'several cheap MIDI to USB Cables Keyboards With Some Problems hab.
The Amazon reviews for your Logilink cable (at least at the german amazon page) says, that 'there are Some Other people Who-have exactly the same problem as you.
Some other review says, that 'the user openend the electronics Year It Was not selon the MIDI specification. The opto-isolator and --other parts are missing.
About did He than The Following changes:
resistor R11 -> 0 Ohm -> removed
resistor R3 -> 1 kOhm -> 680 Ohm
diode D1 -> BAS21 added
resistor R5 -> 220 Ohm -> added
opto-isolator U1 -> LTV817B -> added
After the exchange everything Worked fine.
If you are not into modding the USB cable by yourself, i would suggest, to test Reviews another cable.
I'm pretty sure everything will work ok with Reviews another MIDI to USB cable.
