Addendum 02.10.2014: Perhaps I have a "Monday-adapter" caught. In a test on larger Z1 be the same pass imprecision showed. A close look reveals that the embracing of Pluspins should actually be slightly larger to fit with the contact on the phone properly together - with me rather of Minuspins is slightly, but not really much larger. I have the adapter disassembled, and the front part 180 degrees newly soldered - thereafter and with some wearing out, it is now tolerably well without a lot of hassle. In the original Sony Docking Station, the difference at the pins is much clearer.
In other words: My copy fits on the Z1 Compact as the Z1, but not particularly good. Keeps only the phone and lying just a stress free or train on the cable.
