For over 6 years I order already on Amazon.
I have never experienced a sales shop, the so disregards the customers rights and gleizeitig customers rights so bureaucratic controls and responds to requests that complicated.

Miserable customer service, incredible insolence in dealing, even though the formal approach is not objectionable.
